I’m Jessie and I love health, fitness, and food! (Let's be honest!). You can find me crushing it at the gym or on the soccer field, writing music and singing loudly in the car, on the stage at NPC Bikini competitions, or hanging out with my awesome husband. I currently live in the East Bay Area and I look forward to working with you and helping you meet your fitness goals!
I have 12+ years experience in the sports and fitness industry. I first began weight training in high school and became instantly addicted to it, and my mother taught me the basics and of weight training to which I adhered. I began constantly studying correct form as well as a plethora of exercises and as my knowledge progressed, I started training others interested in seeing progress in their own bodies. In college I avidly studied nutrition and the effects of diet on the body. I fully believe that exercise, combined with a solid nutritional foundation, can fix most health issues. Through thousands of hours of practice, trial and error, personal experience and getting my CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) I have honed in on creating exceptional training programs for those desiring to see changes in their own fitness journey. I enjoy incorporating a well-rounded holistic approach to health and fitness and believe that our minds, bodies and spirits can be aligned and trained for optimal living.
